Our roses are hand picked and preserved by our highly skilled technicians in accordance with recognised industry quality standards. All products are guaranteed for workmanship.
All our roses are preserved to last a lifetime! Unlike ordinary roses, yours will not wilt, die or change colour. There’s a reason we named it the ‘Everlasting Rose’, because its preservation is guaranteed to last forever!
No, you will not need to water the rose like you would with a real flower. We recommend keeping your rose away from water and moisture to avoid damage to the gold plating.
Please avoid direct sunlight when displaying your rose. Excessive exposure to light can cause discoloration to the gold plating as well as colour fading to the rose petals. We recommend storing your rose inside its original packaging or the display stand/box included in your order.
Due to the fragile nature of the product, breakages can easily occur. Please handle and treat your product with care and do not attempt to bend or peel off the gold plating. We will not replace or repair any roses which are broken due to irresponsible handling. Please keep away
Please avoid the use of water or chemical agents when cleaning your rose. Instead, opt for a dry cloth or feather duster. Never submerge your rose in water as this will cause damage to the gold plating.
On the rare occasion that your order arrived damaged or faulty please contact us immediately via Facebook or email: email@example.com
with photographs of the damage or fault. All damages/faults must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. We will not replace or refund any orders that are reported after this time period.
We will happily replace your damaged product free of charge or offer
full refund on an item that is classified as faulty. Unfortunately we do not
offer refund on change of mind purchases but are happy to exchange goods at the customers expense.
