ALL ITEMS ON BACK ORDER MAY TAKE 2-3 WEEKS TO PROCESS AS THESE ARE LIMITED AND ARE BEING CUSTOM PRODUCED.

Items can’t be delivered on a chosen day, this will depend on when the item is processed, and Australia Post’s transit times as stated below.

Please allow for 1-3 business days for processing at our fulfillment centre before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 12pm Friday WST will start processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and after the item has shipped. Once Orders are placed they cannot be changed. All orders include a dispatch and track notification which will be delivered via email.

Liquid Luxury is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Australian Postal System, nor are we responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer’s address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate Postal Carrier.

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. We offer free standard shipping (3-5 business days from despatch date) or express shipping for an additional $15 (1-3 business days from despatch date).

For international orders, all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer as Liquid Luxury does not collect these prior to shipment. Please contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country. We offer a flat rate of $20 for Australia Airmail (untracked, up to 20 business days from despatch date).

FESTIVE SEASON: Please note shipping time may increase due to public holidays. All orders will be processed as quickly as possible. Please get in touch if you have any queries.

Exchanges can only be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of your item. NO EXCEPTIONS. Return shipping for exchanges is at the customers own expense. We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases.

All exchanges must be returned in original condition. Any damaged items that have signs of use or do not conform with Liquid Luxury’s return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

On the rare occasion that your order has arrived damaged or faulty please contact us immediately with attached photographs of the damage or fault. All damages/faults must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. Liquid Luxury will not replace or refund any orders that are reported after this time period.
